User Agreement

Please read this User Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before starting to use this application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services and License

Service Description: The App provides QR code scanning, parsing, and generation services for various formats (e.g., text, URL, WiFi, social media accounts, etc.).

License Grant: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on an Apple iOS device strictly for non-commercial purposes.

2. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you must not use the App to engage in the following conduct:

1.Generating QR codes containing viruses, Trojans, phishing links, pornography, violence, terrorism, or content prohibited by law.

2.Generating QR codes that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or reputation of others (e.g., generating unauthorized personal private information).

3.Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.

4.Using the App to interfere with or disrupt network services or engage in any illegal activities.

Should you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate the service provided to you without prior notice and to cooperate with relevant authorities in any investigation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

App Ownership: The design, source code, interface, graphics, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights of this App belong to [Your Company Name or Developer Name].

User-Generated Content: The rights and responsibility for the QR code images you generate using the App and the content they contain belong to you. We are not responsible for the legality or authenticity of the QR code content generated by users.

4. Disclaimers

1.Scanning Risk: The App only provides a QR code scanning and parsing tool. We have no control over the third-party websites or content linked to by the QR code. You must exercise your own judgment regarding the security of links or WiFi connections from scanning results. The App shall not be liable for any property loss or privacy leakage resulting from scanning malicious QR codes.

2.Service Stability: While we strive to provide stable services, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

3."As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Advertising Notice

You understand and agree that commercial advertisements may be displayed during the use of this App. These advertisements are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content or products of third-party advertisements. Any transactions between you and the advertisers occur solely between you and the advertiser.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This App supports generating QR codes that link to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.). The App has no official affiliation or endorsement relationship with the aforementioned platforms. The generated QR codes are merely tools for convenient redirection and do not represent the endorsement of the App by those platforms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and execution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the [Court in Your Jurisdiction].
